How to Use Candlear
Always candlear with a responsible partner — never alone.
Here’s a simplified overview:
- Prepare your space with a towel, safety shield, and water.
- Lie comfortably on your side with your head supported.
- Place the tapered end gently in the ear with a secure seal.
- Light the top of the candle and allow it to burn down to the marked line.
- Replace or snuff out safely as directed.
- Repeat on the other ear for balance.
