Camp WUB
A Soulful Summer Camp for Grown-Ups in Their Next Chapter
Camp WUB is where soulful expansion meets grounded connection, where science-backed practices meet slip & slides, and where grown-ups come to remember how good it feels to play again.
It’s a summer camp experience for people in their next chapter... not their party era.
Expect music that moves you, moments that melt you, and shared experiences that spark joy, reflection, and belonging. From body-based practices and heart-opening workshops to pajama dance parties and lakeside laughter, Camp WUB creates space for both lightness and depth.
This isn’t about fixing yourself... it’s about reconnecting with the most alive, joyful parts of who you are. It’s connection without masks, healing without ego, and growth that feels like coming home to yourself.
No drunken buffoonery.
No spiritual pressure.
No need to be anything but your whole, wonderful self.

What to Expect
This Isn’t About Becoming Someone Else
It’s about coming home to the parts of you that got buried under adulting.
At Camp WUB, you’ll remember how good it feels to laugh from your belly, move your body in ways that feel right, and connect in ways that actually feel good.
Come As You Are
You don’t need to be healed, yogi flexible, or “spiritual.”
No lingo. No polished persona. No Masks. No inner circle to break into.
Just show up real... and be met right there.Grounded & Expansive
Expect practices that support your nervous system and help you reconnect from the inside out. Breathwork, movement, creative reflection, tea ceremonies, shared conversations, and soft space to land.
Play Is Sacred Here
Slip & slides. Pajama dance parties. Camp games.
Bunk-bed decorating contests. Art corners. S’mores.
The kind of silly that cracks your heart open and makes you feel human again.Live Music & Shared Sound
You’ll experience live music and intentional performances woven gently into the weekend... meant to move you, not distract you. Think drumming, acoustic fireside sessions, and soul-stirring sound... not background noise.
Held by a Team, Not Some Self-proclaimed Guru
You won’t find a solo guide here.
Camp WUB is led by a diverse team of experienced facilitators... from nervous system work and coaching to music, movement, creativity, and group dynamics. Everything is co-created to support your full experience... no egos, BS, or dogma.Real tools. Real people. Real connection.

Who This Is For
This is for you if…
-
You’re entering a new chapter and want something real
-
You’re tired of surface-level everything
-
You want connection that doesn’t feel like small talk
-
You want to play like a kid and reflect like a grown-up
-
You’re open to laughing, softening, deepening, and remembering who you are
Whether you’ve done this kind of thing before—or never have—if something in your body says yes, trust it.
Who It’s Not For
Just so we’re clear…
-
If you're looking for a party weekend or a place to find new drinking buddies...this probably isn’t your scene
-
If you’re expecting a traditional yoga retreat or a hyper-spiritual, ultra-serious experience... this might not land
-
If everything needs to be curated and Instagram-perfect, you might miss the point
(There may be beautiful moments... but phones are usually away because people are actually present)
But if you’re into honest connection, genuine joy, and depth that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this might be exactly what you didn’t know you needed.
We Love Sleep
Camp WUB isn’t a stay-up-til-3AM scene.
Programming and music wind down around 11PM.There’s room for deep, late-night fireside chats, but you’ll have the space to sleep well and wake up feeling human.

The Space
Just over an hour from Edmonton, Camp WUB takes place on the shores of Pigeon Lake, Alberta.
This isn’t a curated retreat centre or a luxury hideaway.
It’s rustic, real, and wrapped in trees, grass, and open sky.
It’s simple—on purpose.
You’ll breathe deeper just being here.
I loved the energy and spirit of the WUB - experienced fun, joy of movement, music colours and variety - I met one friend who has become an essence buddy - the whole day experience was amazing, community building and soul satisfying - rather magical!

I attended in 2020 and it was fantastic. The meeting space in the tent was inviting and comfortable and the people hosting and attending even more so. It was a blend of self reflection, learning, connecting with others, supporting each other, and dancing! The nature learning how to forage) walk was so informative.
Sometimes one goes to a workshop or retreat and it is a one and done. Not WUB, the experience I had in 2020 stuck with me and I was inspired to return in 2023. So looking forward to what's in store, for exploration within and with the community that will gather again.

"I decided that I needed a "weekend for myself" as my year has been a whirlwind of negativity (but also growth). I went by myself, a bit nervous, yet excited for what was to come. The group was so loving and accepting, and all of the experiences were unique. I went in with an open mind, and I left with my mind and heart open. I needed that weekend, and I felt refreshed and with renewed energy. Thank you Paul & WUB team!"

attended WUB calgary yesterday and its hard to find the words to describe the incredible experience I had. Waking up this morning feeling like a transformed, stronger ,more grounded and completely recharged woman sums it up. Paul and his teams genuine vision and compassion to create a safe , nurturing, loving place to educate people and facilitate spiritual healing and exploration is beyond applaudable. Everyone needs to feel the "WUB" that this event emits. Thank you to everyone involved from the bottom of my heart. Love and light to all of you 🕉💕

I did not know what to expect going into this summit, and I was blown away. Being a natural "sceptic" I never experienced this kind of thing, so I went in with an open mind. I have never been so overwhelmed with emotion from a single event. Paul and the WUB team went above and beyond bringing the best in the field together for an incredible weekend of healing, community, and wellness. 10/10 would recommend to wellness enthusiasts and "normal folk" alike. What a cool experience!
